1. A fully managed Positive Play Study - We will set up and run a Positive Play Scale (PPS) study for you. Optimize your RG strategy by determining how positively your players score, where they can be best supported moving forward and to identify which player segments need the most focus. We provide comparisons using anonymous benchmark data so that your player scores can be put into context with other countries and/or by games played. Also, we can examine how Positive play relates to satisfaction and loyalty using the Brand Satisfaction Scale (BSS) to show how positive play can boost satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Run your own Positive Play Studies - If your organisation has the capacity and expertise to run a PPS study and would prefer to do this, then we offer an Annual Positive Play Scale license which gives access to the PPS including the proprietary cut-off scoring high/medium/low as well as use of our searchable benchmark database that provides world-wide anonymized comparisons by country, demographics and games played. This option also provides use of the Brand Satisfaction Scale (BSS) and we include 10 hours consultation time with our Positive Play Team to help you work through your Positive Play evaluation design and assist in checking your results and interpretations.
